Neutrino Geology is made up of a team of very experienced experts, and also cooperates with teams of scientists in several leading research centers in Poland, and the plan is to cooperate with selected foreign centers.

Neutrino Geology cooperates with:

Biochemical laboratory in Poznan in cooperation with the Adam Mickiewicz University
Mechanical laboratory in Krakow where the development of electronics to the detector takes place
Mechanical laboratory in Falenica where detector elements and prototypes for tests on neutron and neutrino sources are prepared
NCBJ in Swierk where the team conducts tests on neutron and neutrino sources
AGH in Krakow, where the correlation of the presence of neutrino particles and raw material deposits is investigated. AGH is responsible for coordinating field research

Dr. Eng. Waldemar Maj - CEO

1980 master's degree in engineering at the Faculty of Physics and Applied Mathematics, Warsaw University of Technology.
1989 doctorate in physics at the Institute of Physics of the Polish Academy of Sciences.
1996 MBA from Harvard University - specialization in finance.
1981 - 1991 assistant and assistant professor at the Institute of Physics of the Polish Academy of Sciences.
1991 - 1994 advisor to the Minister of Finance.
1996 - 2000 Senior Investment Officer in the Oil, Gas and Mining Department of the International Finance Corporation (World Bank group) in Washington, USA; he was involved in investments in coal and silver mines in emerging markets.
2000 - 2002 Senior Associate at MC Kinsey & Company in Warsaw.
2005 - 2007 Vice-President of the Management Board for Corporate Banking at Bank BGŻ SA
2007 - 2008 Vice-president of the management board for financial matters in Polski Koncern Naftowy Orlen SA
2010 - 2012 He managed mining start-ups for a Canadian investor in Poland.
Founder and partner at Metropolitan Capital Solutions since 2009.

Dr Andrzej K. Drukier - CSO

1968 Master's degree in physics from the University of Warsaw.
1972 doctorate in physics and astrophysics in Denmark, from the Niels Bohr Institute and the University of Copenhagen.
He managed nearly forty research and development projects commissioned by institutions such as NASA, the US Department of Energy, the US Department of Defense, and the National Science Foundation.
For nearly 40 years, he has been one of the world's leading experts in neutrino detection.
He has extensive experience in research on supersensitive detectors (including within the company BioTraces, Inc., of which he was the founder).
Author of 18 granted patents and 17 patent applications, including 5 patent applications related to neutrino geology.

Dariusz jaszczyński - CFO

1985 graduation from the Faculty of Agricultural Economics at the Warsaw University of Life Sciences and obtaining the title of Master of Science in Engineering.
1985 - 1991 Chief specialist and later advisor at the Ministry of Finance. He dealt with the analysis of the financial situation of the economy and individual industries.
1992 - 1995 member of the Supervisory Board of Bank BPH SA
1995 - 1998 co-author of the concept of establishing an investment fund, affiliated with PBG SA bank and advisor on investment projects implemented by this fund.
1998 - 2002 co-author of the concept of establishing the HALS investment fund, affiliated with BGŻ SA bank and advisor on investment projects implemented by this fund.
2000-2002 member of the Supervisory Board of the listed company Pemug SA
He dealt with the evaluation of investment projects and the creation of financial models and business plans for various investment projects, incl. for such clients as: Fiat Auto Poland SA, Pol-Mot Holding SA, Górnośląski Zakład Energetyczny SA, STOEN SA, Hawe SA, Tele-Fonika SA, Mennica Polska SA, Exatel SA, BIK SA, Info-Monitor SA, PKO BP.

Stefan kawalec - CHAIRMAN OF THE SUPERVISORY BOARD

1979 Master of Science in Mathematics at the University of Warsaw.
1989 - 1994 chief advisor to the deputy prime minister and then undersecretary of state in the Ministry of Finance. He made a significant contribution to the preparation and implementation of the plan to stabilize and transform the Polish economy.
He managed the restructuring and privatization of state-owned banks, in particular the preparation and implementation of an innovative bad debt restructuring program along with the act on financial restructuring of enterprises and banks.
1994 - 2002 head of the board of advisors to the management board and head of strategy at Bank Handlowy w Warszawie SA
2002 - 2003 member of the management board of the Aviva Spółka Akcyjna (formerly Commercial Union) insurance group in Poland.
2003 - 2006 - Managing Director for Strategy of the PZU Spółka Akcyjna Group.
Since 2008, the President of the Management Board of Capital Strategy Sp. z o. o. sp. k. He dealt with strategy, financial management, client project management and raising capital in various industries.
He was, among others: vice-chairman of the supervisory board of Lubelski Węgiel "Bogdanka"; SA (2010-2015), member of the supervisory board of Kredyt Bank SA (2010-2012), member of the supervisory board of Telekomunikacja Polska SA (2004-2005), president of the supervisory board of the Bank Pekao SA (1993-1994), a member of the supervisory board of Stocznia Gdańska SA (1990-1991), and a member of the supervisory boards of subsidiaries in the PZU and Aviva groups.
